Hi Mr Thurston, I loved your travel show, and was thrilled that you have this blog. When I read it today it felt as if I'd received a letter from a very dear and close friend. Thank you!

I compliment you on your decision to never, or rarely, sit still! We sit too much, too often. Romping around the globe, using all your senses to savor the 'other side' is certainly the way to go. So it's uncomfortable at times, you get over it. In fact, I'd venture to say that it's the rough times we remember and share with others rather than 'Oh, it was a clear day, with no clouds'. Boring!

I first saw you pulling honey combs, clearly unsettling, and listening to you converse with others not of your ilk, and said "here's the dude to keep an eye on!" Keep on keepin' on, Baratunde, and I will too!

cheers,

Bob

I'm passing the ideas about a local school that’s installing solar panels and planning to offer its excess energy to the surrounding neighborhood and Banners around the city pointing to this website inviting residents to participate in discussion and debate about how to build an economy that also makes the city more climate resilient to our town council, and to our city arts council. We will let you know. . .muchas gracias, merci beaucoup, many thanks, good man, you..

Here's something else we could all try: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windcatcher#:~:text=A%20windcatcher%2C%20wind%20tower%2C%20or,and%20passive%20cooling%20in%20buildings.
