Glad to know of your Sidwell connection and Kudos to you for your remarks to the Class of 2022, exactly what they needed to hear. Earl Harrison was a fellow head when I was head of a school started by three Quaker sisters in suburban Philadelphia. Not officially a Friends' school although many of the values and practices emanated from their beliefs and thus appealed to me. Sidwell has done well on numerous fronts and is still a leader among independent schools. Kudos to you, Sir!
